Meet the Chocolatier
Hi, I'm Gemma. I have spent the last 20 years working in finance and financial planning. I have loved cooking and baking for as long as I can remember and have spent a lot of my spare time taking classes and courses to learn new skills.
Following training at the world renowned 'Chocolate Academy', Lots of experimenting and some willing taste testers we are launching Gemma's Chocolates.
Each bonbon is made by tempering the finest chocolate, creating handmade fillings and using organic coloured cocoa butters to create beautiful designs.
