Shipping Information

All chocolates are hand painted and made with handmade fillings, we make these in small batches and it does take some time. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days and ship using Royal Mail 1st Class.

All chocolates will be protected for shipping, we do not ship on weekends or during periods of hot weather when there may be a delay until the temperature is more suitable. This is a temperature sensitive product and as such we make every effort to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and is in the postal system for the shortest amount of time possible. We are not responsible for any damage, delays or melting due to a rise in temperature while the chocolates are in transit. 

For larger orders these can take several weeks to prepare. Please contact us in advance.
